Concerned that I was given erroneous info about needing new brakes by the dealership, I went to Tyres Auto for a second opinion. Courteous, helpful, professional yet personable, I found Tyres to be every bit the five-star rating found on this and other sites. Tom, Michele, and Chris went out of their way to schedule an appointment and to help me feel comfortable while I waited for the work to be done. Because of their honesty, I was told I did NOT need new brakes. They also helped me to know what symptoms of failing brakes I might notice in the future. Thank you Tyres!

They were kind and respectful when I checked in. I needed tires and they advised me to purchase from a company they are affiliated with, but didn't push when I told them I'd go somewhere else for tires. Their rates are reasonable and they will get everything approved by you before they work on your car. I'd definitely recommend them to a friend

Tyre's helped repair my broken exhaust on my 2014 Pathfinder. They presented the option of new parts and explained what exactly needed replacing - they even had a diagram so I could see what it was and where it was located under the car. When I mentioned that I didn't want to put a huge amount of money into an older car, they found a work around that suited my budget and the age of the car. Chris was super patient and friendly when I called to make the initial appointment and made the whole process as painless as it could be.

Tyres auto was the only shop either competent enough or honest enough to diagnose my issue. Coming here first could have saved me a lot of aggravation (lesson learned). My 2010 vehicle drives great.
