My mechanics for life! I brought them a VW with a key stuck in the ignition; it could not be removed or the engine shut off. They diagnosed the problem the same day and let me know the replacement part from VW might take 3 weeks. It did take exactly 3 weeks. Tyres kindly stored the car in their lot for the entire time at no charge. They made the repair the morning after the part arrived. I don't know if they felt sorry for me having to rent a car, but they included a generous discount in their bill without me even knowing about it until after I got home and looked at the receipt. The expense of this repair was due to delays by VW --- Tyres Auto did their best to cushion the blow. If I could give them 6 stars I would!

I was rear ended on my way to work yesterday. Minimum visual damage but I wanted to make sure my car was ok. I called Tyre’s and they got me in the next day. Did a check up and said all was ok. Just cosmetic scrapes to the bumper. Referred me to a body shop they use. Thanks for making this as pleasant as possible!
