Great experience, it was my first time visiting, and I had 4 tires and a wheel alignment done. The experience before visiting gave me anxiety because in the past I would install the tires and do the alignment through a close friend. I decided to visit Tyres Automative due to its location and convenience, since I didn’t have time to visit my friend (in Gaithersburg). The service advisor, Tom, assured me my car would be taken good care of, and showed me the shop and modern equipment used for balancing the wheels, and alignment rack. And the results were exactly what it needed to be, straight steering wheel, and well balanced wheels.

We have always been completely satisfied with the work on our cars. The staff is friendly and professional.

Very friendly and accommodating re: scheduling. They made a real effort to work with my schedule. My only issue was that we didn't discuss whether or not my hitch would be returned to me. It wasn't which involved another trip to pick it up

Awesome service and easy to work with! Called Thursday to do a night drop off. They called the next morning with diagnosis and quote. Everything was explained clearly before I chose what to repair. The repairs were done quickly and I was done by lunchtime Friday. 2year warranty on my repair was icing on the cake! Will definitely be a repeat customer!

Stewart was great. He kept me informed of the progress of the repairs from calling to inform me of the issues, discuss price, then a follow-up call when the repairs to my Acadia were complete.
