Tyres Automotive has a very high degree of integrity. We can always count on them to tell us if doing more work on our vehicle is or isn’t worth it based on the estimated life of the vehicle. They are not going to just sell as much work as they can to get as much money as they can. They are clear about what work is required for safety reasons and what work can wait for a bit longer. They also honor their word on the prices that they quote. The loaner cars is a huge plus to make life much easier than waiting around for work to be done. We will definitely continue to use them for all of our vehicles and pre-purchase inspections, and we will recommend them highly to friends and family.

Zach, Tom, Michelle and the entire dedicated staff at Tyres go beyond our expectations to ensure that our vehicles are safe to drive and that we are informed about our options when it comes to service and repair. They have provided us with valuable support and guidance on all automotive matters, even when we were travelling and had a problem with our car miles away. They put us in touch with a local mechanic, and we were able to enjoy the rest of our vacation knowing that our car was safe to drive. Had my car break down while driving right at the shop. Never used their service before. Zack was able to fit me into the schedule and get car repaired while I waited instead of me having to get the car towed to the normal repair facility. All estimate information, as well as additional recommended work, was provided, in writing, with no pressure to it get done. The necessary work to get the car running was performed while I waited. An offer to complete future work made to include a loaner car if needed for the day. I was very impressed with their service and even though I do not live nearby, will likely make an effort to use this company again.

This has been the #1 shop for me for years. Stu is the bomb - never intimidating or rude and always willing to answer any questions. These guys are set apart from the rest- one of the things you'll notice is that when you walk into the shop, any one of them is willing to help, not just the designated receptionist. They're just good folks!
