They took my tire (which I had removed myself) and agreed to patch the hole (caused by small screw). Called me back a couple hours later to tell me they could not repair the small puncture. But they did make sure to emphasize that their "tire technician" suggested I purchase 4 new tires. Thank you for wasting my time. Your establishment has the distinct vibe of "owner hasn't visited in a while." Next shop patched my tire in 30 minutes

As usual Tyres Auto does it again! I was stranded in a parking lot in Cockeysville with a dead vehicle and called them late on a Monday afternoon to see if my vehicle could be towed there to be looked at. Stu put me on the list to be able to use the loaner vehicle right away which I was very appreciative of. The next morning my car was assessed and repaired very quickly, and I was back in my vehicle by lunch time. I highly recommend Tyres Auto- from the office to the techs - all provide amazing service every time I'm there ! Thank you for helping me!

I’ve serviced 2 of my personal vehicles here (Volkswagen and recently my Subaru) over about 5 years. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Communication is seamless and advisors articulate the diagnosis and price breakdown of the vehicle in a easy to understand way. I highly recommend this shop! Also, constant deals and promotions for ways to save on service!

I've been very lucky that I haven't had to have too many car repairs, but I always go to Tyre's and they're always friendly, professional, and get the job done at a good price. I would recommend them to anyone!! Today I needed a battery and I ended up paying less than the estimate, and I couldn't be happier!
