Just the other day my battery was dying (it could still be revived with a hot shot). I called Tyre's Auto and spoke with Stu (he truly is "the man"!). Because of the nature of the problem, it was considered an emergency. Although there were no "loaners" available (I LOVE that particular service of Tyre's) Stu arranged for Lyft to pick me up from work, take me to my doctor's appointment, and then pick me up from the doctor's office and bring me to Tyre's to get my car. He was organized, professional, and nice. I always feel my concerns about my car are listened to and considered seriously, and I am not "written off" because I happen to be a woman, and a middle-aged one at that. Tyre's has NEVER been condescending towards me, and that counts for a lot. Thank you Tyre's and thank you Stu
