Ordinarly they’re pretty good, sans the snarky woman at the front desk, but I recently brought my car in for a transmission issue. They stated the electrical system was fine, but I would require a rebuilt transmission for $4,300. I don’t have that kind of money laying around, so I had them tow it back to my house where I could try to sell it. The car was returned to me completey dead. I called to ask what happened, since it would turn on perfectly before. He said I would have to tow it back bc they didn’t know without another diagnostic. They would not pay for the tow back to the shop and I would also be charged to run another diagnostic. The guy was rude about the whole thing, like it was my fault. Like they said, the electrical was fine after their first diagnostic, but now I’m stuck with a completly dead car. And now I have to pay for their screwup. Thanks for being stand-up guys. Imagine if one of your family members comes into the Emergency Department with an injury or illness. Then they go home in worse condition compared to when they first came in and, ooops sorry, don’t come back without giving me money upfront before being assessed again.
Thank you for the feedback. We have tried contacting you and have not heard back as of today. Your vehicle came in with a transmission issue and no complaint of electrical. We experienced no problem with the starting of the vehicle or the tow truck driver when he picked it up to take it to your house, so I don't know what happen after it left here. When you asked us to tow it back we told you that if it wasn't something we did then you have to pay for the towing, which you declined.
